1. Refund Eligibility
- A refund can be requested within 5 hours after the scheduled session
- A refund can only be requested if you haven't attended the session due to unavailability of the committed counsellor/ coach or substitute
- Since it is an online platform, due to technical errors no one will be eligible for the refund
- The refund request should be made by the client who booked the session
- We advise you to kindly reschedule the session or change the counsellor or coach other than going for refund request

2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

-Please include the booking details, such as the session date, time, and any other relevant information in the email
- Provide a brief explanation for the refund request

3. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team
- Refunds will be processed within SEVEN business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

4. Refund Currency and Method:
- Refunds will be provided using the original payment method and currency used for the booking
